Covid19 update- Controlled Travelcard collection service from the Airport Commuter Centre.
We are introducing a controlled collection service for customers who purchase their travelcard online or via the telephone. This service can only be used if the travelcard has been pre-purchased in advance of collection. A timeslot will be booked for you to collect your travelcard and it is very important that this is adhered to due to social distancing guidance. Failure to collect during your timeslot will mean you will have to rearrange. Please ensure you rearrange ASAP otherwise the Travelcard will be posted out to your home address the following day and therefore you will have to wait 4 working days to receive it.
On collection please ensure you wear a facemask and check nobody else is within the Centre. If nobody is present please proceed to enter. If another customer is in the Centre please wait until they have left and then enter. Your Travelcard will already be ready for you to collect from on top of the counter, so please ensure you pick up the correct one with your photo and name on it in order to save you having to wait around in case the Coordinator is busy dealing with customers on the phone.
To book your timeslot collection please email the Airport Commuter Centre on firstname.lastname@example.org Please do not attend until you have received an email confirming your timeslot.
